The Formation Cohort
This is a 4-week live group coaching experience with Pastor Jeremy Gibson for a small cohort of 30 leaders. Every Tuesday night for four weeks, we gather live — not to learn more content, but to process, apply, and build on what you already received.

Week One • Tuesday, 8:00 PM ET
We return to the Inner Frame. Not to repeat the intensive, but to go deeper. Night 1 gave you the Four Cracks, the Fracture Line Map, and the Formation Operating System. Week 1 asks: where did those land? Which crack did you recognize first? This session is about honest inventory — processing what the intensive surfaced before we build on it.
Week Two • Tuesday, 8:00 PM ET
Night 2 of the intensive taught that weight acts on your leadership in four dimensions. Now we get specific. You will use the Four-Quadrant Weight Audit to identify your primary load. What weight are you carrying that is not yours? We will also process the Authority Corruption Sequence honestly. This session gets personal. That is the point.
Week Three • Tuesday, 8:00 PM ET
Night 3 gave you the Vision Architecture Blueprint, the Systems Dependency principle, and the Culture Architecture framework. Week 3 moves from formation to function. We take your actual vision and run it through the blueprint. Does it have a compression test? A phase map? Real completion thresholds? We also audit your systems and confront the gap between your stated culture and your tolerated culture.
Week Four • Tuesday, 8:00 PM ET
The cohort ends, but the formation does not. In the final session, we map your next 90 days using all nine frameworks from the intensive. Your Formation OS rhythms. Your Weight Distribution model. Your Vision Architecture phases. Everything integrated into a single 90-day execution plan personalized to your leadership and your assignment. You leave with a road, not just a memory.

Questions
Do I need to have attended the Capacity Intensive first?
+Yes. The Formation Cohort is built to go deeper into the nine frameworks from the intensive. It is designed as the direct follow-up step for leaders who experienced the intensive and are ready to apply what they received. If you have not attended the intensive, the cohort is not the right starting point.
How is the live session delivered?
+Each Tuesday night session is streamed live via a private YouTube link delivered to registered participants. You will receive the link before each session. The stream is not publicly listed — it is only accessible to cohort members.
What if I miss a session?
+Replays will be available inside your portal for 90 days after the cohort ends. However, this experience is designed for live participation. The real value is in the live room — real-time coaching, peer interaction, and formation that happens in the moment. If you know you will miss more than one session, this may not be the right timing for you.
Can I get a refund?
+No. All CAPACITY products are final sale. Formation is not a trial. When you commit, you are committing to the process — not purchasing a product you can return. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
What happens after the 4 weeks?
+You will have replay access for 90 days and an invitation to Ascend — the ongoing formation community for leaders who want to stay in the room. This is not a hard sell. It is a door. You are welcome to stay.
Why only 30 seats?
+Because formation requires a room where you are known, not a stadium where you are anonymous. Thirty leaders is the maximum that allows for real-time coaching, honest interaction, and the kind of formation that only happens when people are not performing for a crowd. When it fills, it closes.
